Conditions of Sale

As organizer of its own production, the association “Les Amis of Gandoulès” control the sale

of tickets, with the support of the Office de Tourism de Montpezat de Quercy.

 

Resale of tickets is forbidden, or offering of tickets to third parties with the object of commercial gain. The individual or the company who makes the order is considered to be

the client and will be held responsible for the payment of the order, even when it is on behalf of a third party.

Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable.

Tickets can only be refunded if the show is cancelled; in which case they should be returned within a month of the date of the show to:

Do not forget to mention your name, first name, and the exact address shown on the reservation.

No refund will be given in the case of an interruption that takes place beyond the half way point of the show.

In accordance with the legal terms and conditions, the association “Les Amis de Gandoulès”

is able to record your addresses in their database.

You have the right to check and correct this information. The client agrees to having read and accepted these conditions at the moment of payment of the order.

 

The seats cannot be reserved before payment for the tickets, by bank card (internet and telephone), by cheque or by cash at the Montpezat de Quercy‘s Tourist Office.

 

 

Two types of tickets are available:

- Children under the age of 12 years              5€

- Adults                                                                 14€

 

 

Method of payment: cash, cheques or bank cards.

 

In the event of unfavourable meteorological conditions, the association reserves the right to cancel the show.
